1. About LY Sweden AB
The company is headquartered in Götene, Sweden, and our postal address is Fabriksgatan 3. If you wish to contact us, please send an email to [email protected] with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The confirmation contains all information about products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].
3. Delivery
Our regular delivery times are between 2 and 4 days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest. If unexpected delays occur in delivery (without us informing you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: [email protected].
4. Prices
All prices in the shop are stated in EUR, and all prices includes VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from our suppliers, print errors in the price list, and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days, effective from the moment you receive the ordered goods. If you do not pick up your package and do not inform us, we will charge the shipping costs in your order. You must always inform us if you want to make use of your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal, such as shavers, knee pads, and toothbrushes. Products that are characterized as sealed audio or video recordings and whose seal you have broken. Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or clearly tailored to your personal needs. Services that have been fully provided, and where you explicitly agreed that the service begins without a right of withdrawal. Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food. Loose issues of newspapers or magazines.
In the case of using the right of withdrawal
You must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to us at support@lysweden.se. In your message, you must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the products that the return relates to. PLEASE NOTE!
You must fill out and include the return form, which you can find here. You must return the products promptly and no later than 30 days after the withdrawal notice to us. You bear the costs of returning the goods.
The product must be returned to us in the original packaging along with the return form and be in new condition. The products must therefore be securely packaged and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation from the refund amount if the products are used or damaged.
6. Complaints and Grievances
We perform a careful inspection of all products before we send them to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we commit ourselves according to applicable consumer protection legislation to correct the error at no additional cost to you.
It is important to note that you must always contact us to obtain approval before returning a defective product. Complaints about defective products must be submitted immediately after discovering the error so that we can handle the case as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How do I make a complaint?
Any faults and defects must always be reported to us at support@lysweden.se, where you should provide your full name, address, email address, order number, and a detailed description of the error or defect.
If we are unable to remedy the error or provide an equivalent product, we will refund you according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For approved complaints, we also cover the costs of return shipping.
It is important to note that we reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of a disagreement with our decision, you can contact the general complaints board. More information can be found at arn.se.
7. Online Dispute Resolution Platform
Under current law, we are obliged to inform consumers about the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform. This can be used to settle disputes without the need for a court. The platform is managed by the European Commission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.
We disclaim any responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the control of the company (force majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, war, public decisions, or reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Moreover, we cannot be held responsible for changes to products or product features that have been altered by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.
9. Product Information
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and for sold-out products. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the product as color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. Our goal is always to represent the products as accurately as possible.

11.4 What data is shared and for what purpose? 10.4.1 Payment service providers When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment service provider. Stored are first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also stored at the payment service provider. The information is stored to be able to process the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud. The payment service providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Paypal, and NETS.
11.4.2 Shipping companies To be able to deliver your orders and fulfill our contract, we must share certain information with the shipping company. First name, last name, and address data are shared with the shipping company for delivery. Email address and/or mobile phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord, DHL, Bring.
