The solar panel features a built-in light sensor, which automatically turns on the light string at dusk. The light string can be set to four different lighting modes:

How Does Sunlight Affect Charging?

A solar-powered lamp needs daylight to charge the battery and illuminate in the evening. The more sunlight the solar panel receives, the better the battery charges, and the longer the bulbs will shine.

If the lamp receives little or no sunlight on a cloudy day, the battery will not charge as efficiently, which may result in shorter lighting time or no lighting at all. During winter months, the sun’s rays may be too weak to fully charge the battery, meaning the light string will shine longer in summer and shorter in winter.

The angle of the sun’s rays towards the solar panel also affects charging – the more direct sunlight hits the panel, the better the battery charges. Regular cleaning of the solar panel extends both the lifespan and illumination time of your solar lighting.

To ensure optimal performance, the battery must be fully charged before first use with a USB-C cable. Set the power switch to "off," connect the panel to a USB-C cable, and let it charge for at least 13 hours. After that, you can turn on the lights and enjoy your solar-powered light string.

Light color is measured in Kelvin (K). These filament bulbs have a color temperature of 2200K, providing an extra warm white light. This is comparable to the color of candlelight, creating a cozy and atmospheric lighting.
