Extra female connector with cap so you can extend your light string

With the help of an extra female connector, you can extend your light string. Simply cut off the end of the light string and attach the loose female connector.

When you cut the cable, you will see two wires: positive and negative. These wires should be connected to the female connector. Make sure that the connection between the wire and the plug is waterproof by using crimp flex or other cable insulation.

Ensure that the connection between the socket on the outlet is extra protected against wind and weather when used outdoors. This can be done, for example, by covering the connection or hanging it in a way that prevents water from getting in.
